**Weather Safety Policy for Moon Bounce Rentals**

At Aloha Moon Bounce, the safety and well-being of our guests are our paramount concerns. To guarantee a thrilling yet secure experience, we have established the following comprehensive weather safety policy regarding the setup and use of our vibrant moon bounces:

1. **Wind Conditions**: To maintain a safe environment, we will not set up the moon bounce if wind speeds exceed 15 mph. Strong winds can create unpredictable and dangerous conditions, potentially compromising the stability and safety of the inflatable, and we want all participants to enjoy themselves without any risks.

2. **Ground Conditions**: The moon bounce will also not be set up on muddy or unstable ground. This precaution is vital to ensure a secure anchor for the equipment, allowing children to jump and play freely without fear of slips or falls that could arise from a compromising surface.

3. **Severe Weather Forecasts**: If there’s a forecast for storms on the day of your event, we will take decisive action by canceling the setup. And will refund any money that was put on the bounce house for that day. Thunderstorms and heavy rain can create hazardous conditions that endanger our guests, and we prioritize their safety above all else.
